DEPOSIT
 
When you are ready to book, a simple phone call or email is all it takes. We will send you check in procedures(via email or fax) a payment link via email.  We require a 25% deposit of the gross rental amount and remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Cancellation must be made 60 days in advance to receive a refund minus cancellation fee of 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel within the stated time frame you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days will not receive a refund.
